Eladi thailam is used in the management of skin conditions such as dermatitis,urticaria & pruritus and is effective in improving skin complexion. It can be used as a massage oil or rubbed in topically.
 
It can also be used as a scalp and hair oil. This oil has a tridoshic effect, it pacifies Vata, Pitta and kapha.
