Shipping Policy
We ship via Australia Post via Postage Paid or Express Post satchels, both with tracking numbers. Free Shipping items go via envelopes and don't have a tracking number.

Any delicate items, including bottles with liquids, are wrapped in protective packaging and have additional packing around them to buffer any impacts.

If you receive a damaged item, please provide us with photographic proof and we will provide a refund or resend the damaged product.
