Action (karma): anti-inflammatory, analgesic, alleviates menopausal symptoms, regulates menstruation, blood tonic
Dose: simmer gently 1 teaspoon of root per cup of water for 30 minutes, taken once a day.
Contraindications: not to be taken during pregnancy
